Varshini Parthasarathy is an Associate at Gupta Wessler. Varshini rejoins the firm after clerkships with Judge Jennifer Sung on the Ninth Circuit and Judge John Kronstadt on the Central District of California. Varshini previously worked with Gupta Wessler as a fellow in 2023-24 and a summer associate in 2022. In addition to the firm, she worked during law school for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and was a member of the Environmental Protection Clinic and the Advanced Appellate Litigation Project. Varshini studied environmental engineering as an undergraduate and previously worked for the New York Green Bank, the Columbia Water Center, and the Carbon Disclosure Project. She earned her law degree from Yale Law School and her undergraduate degree from Columbia University.
