Annie Kors joins Gupta Wessler between her upcoming clerkship with Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court and her completed clerkships with Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge Vince Chhabria of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.* She earned her J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from Yale University. During law school, she spent a summer working at Altshuler Berzon in San Francisco, was the Editor-in-Chief of The University of Chicago Law Review, published a student Comment about failure-to-implement challenges under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA), and supported work on the First Restatement of the Law, Children and the Law.
