Anchita Aurora is the Legal Assistant and Office Manager for the San Francisco office. Before joining Gupta Wessler, she spent two years as a litigation paralegal at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. She graduated from New York University with a B.A in Public Policy and a minor in Philosophy, where she wrote her honors thesis on strengthening sexual assault survivors’ rights in New York City. While at NYU, Anchita was also a part-time intellectual property researcher at Gibney, Anthony, & Flaherty and a researcher at the Empower Lab, where she studied sexual and gender-based violence through an intersectional lens. She volunteers for Rise Now, helping write and pass laws that support survivors across the United States. Anchita was born and raised in New Delhi, India.
